Tisdall Place – Elsted Street, London SE5

    • Refurbishment

Elsted Street

The proposal involved the redevelopment of the Building at Elsted Street, which was refurbished to incorporate a lock up public house/ bar at ground floor and basement levels. The two existing upper floors were refurbished for continued residential use.

The existing rear areas and outbuildings of the pub were demolished and replaced with a new modern extension providing residential accommodation over three storeys plus a setback roof storey. Terraces and a communal rear garden to provide amenity space for residents.

The development includes 8 residential units arranged as studio, 1 bed and 2 bed apartments each with their own balcony or terrace. The public house is currently a boutique traditional pub with 155 sqm of accommodation over the two floors.

The project was executed in 2014.
