The Broadway

The building is located on The Broadway in the heart of Wimbledon’s town centre and is within easy reach of all the amenities Wimbledon has to offer.

The proposal sees a complete transformation and connection with the existing.
The main challenge was to maximise the site’s potential providing more accommodation.

The project involved the conversion of existing, erection of 1x 2 storey house to the rear and a rear roof extension into 2x 2 bed and 2x studio flats. The facade was renovated to match the period design and the massing was maintained to be aligned with the neighbouring properties. The structural element was a major process throughout the project.
